Reflections as I Learn

I wanted to be a veterinarian. And then I wanted to write. And then I found myself pursuing a degree in curriculum and instruction because an undergraduate advisor said I could combine my science and English coursework and graduate before my academic scholarships were depleted. That is the short story of how I found my career in education. It has taken years as a teacher in the classroom, however, to decide that education is where I belong. And now, after all of those years, I am finally ready to crown my career as an instructional designer. I am ready to begin. Again.
